1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Destroombank B.V., registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 96706902, located at Torenlaan 5B, 1402 AT Bussum.

1.2 By using our services, the user agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1 “Destroombank”: The company offering power bank rental services.

2.2 “User”: The person renting a power bank via Destroombank.

2.3 “Power bank”: A portable charger offered by Destroombank.

3. Use of Services

3.1 The user can rent a power bank through the Destroombank app or directly at one of our stations.

3.2 The rental period begins once the power bank is issued and ends when it is correctly returned and registered at a Destroombank station.

3.3 The user is responsible for the careful use and timely return of the power bank, unless it becomes their property after reaching the maximum rental costs.

4. Payment

4.1 The rental price is €2.50 per hour.

4.2 Payment is made via the Destroombank app or contactlessly with a bank card at the station.

4.3 Once the total rental cost reaches €30, the rental automatically stops. The user then becomes the owner of the power bank and does not need to return it.

5. User Obligations

5.1 The user must handle the rented power bank with care.

5.2 The user is responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the power bank during the rental period, up to a maximum of €30.

6. Termination of Rental

6.1 The rental ends once the power bank is correctly returned and registered at a Destroombank station.

6.2 If the rental costs reach the maximum amount of €30, the power bank automatically becomes the property of the user.

7. Liability

7.1 Destroombank is not liable for damages arising from the use of the power bank, unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Destroombank.

7.2 The user indemnifies Destroombank against third-party claims resulting from the use of the rented power bank.

8. Privacy

8.1 Destroombank processes users’ personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Changes

9.1 Destroombank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

9.2 Changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect via our website and/or app.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
